What to Expect

The Atmosphere

We’re all about creating an atmosphere that looks like home and feels like family. Expect a place that’s not only warm and welcoming but absolutely alive with passion for Jesus. We’re building a community where everyone is embraced, hearts are ignited, and faith thrives together! Whether you’re walking through the doors for the first time or the hundredth, you’ll feel the love and excitement that makes this place feel like family, all while pursuing Christ with everything we’ve got.

The People

Church services are built to uplift and strengthen believers, but we’ve got a saying: You can belong before you believe. No matter where you’re coming from, we welcome you just like Jesus would—because there’s no life too messy, no story too complicated for Him. If you’re looking for a place to be seen, heard, and embraced then we’re the church for you. Come as you are, and experience the love, grace, and transformation that only Jesus can bring!

The Fashion

At our church, you’ll see people in everything from street clothes to suits, all while embracing modesty. What truly matters isn’t what you wear—it’s that you show up. We’re focused on hearts, not outfits, and we’re just excited to have you here, ready to connect, grow, and experience Jesus together!

The Music

Our worship music style is best described as modern and contemporary. But don’t get us wrong—we appreciate all styles! This is just a reflection of who we are as a church and the unique flavor we bring. You can expect songs that are deeply rooted in Scripture and fully focused on Jesus, creating an atmosphere where worship comes alive and hearts are drawn closer to Him.

The Preaching

Our preaching is all about exalting the Word of God. We’re expositional at heart, meaning we dive deep into Scripture—whether that’s preaching verse by verse through books of the Bible or addressing relevant topics from a biblical perspective, depending on how God is leading our church. You can expect to be taught, trained, guided, reproved, corrected, and instructed in righteousness, all grounded in the truth of God’s Word. Our goal is to equip you for a life that honors and follows Jesus, no matter what season you’re in.

The Kids

Our heart is to teach kids and youth in a way that not only helps them understand the Bible but also apply it to their everyday lives, in ways that make sense for where they are in their journey. We encourage children and teens to join their age-specific groups, where they can connect with peers and grow in their faith through lessons crafted just for them. However, we believe parents are the primary disciple-makers in a child’s life, so they can decide if they prefer their children to join the main gathering with the adults. It’s also important to note that our main sermons are tailored for adults, often addressing topics and situations relevant to adult life, which parents may want to consider when deciding where their children participate.

The Discipleship Effect

One of our primary goals is to align the sermons with the lessons taught to the kids and youth during each gathering. While there will be differences in content and depth, the aim is to equip parents to begin discipling their children right away—starting with conversations as soon as the car ride home.

The Bible

The Bible is not only God’s Word but also a masterpiece of literature, essential to our journey of faith. That’s why we prioritize using Bible translations like the CSB (Christian Standard Bible) and ESV (English Standard Version), which uphold the integrity of Scripture while making it accessible and understandable for readers and listeners. We may occasionally use other translations to best communicate God’s truth in various contexts. For our kids’ ministry, we intentionally select translations that present God’s Word clearly and in ways that resonate with them at their level. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the life-changing truth of Scripture is understood, embraced, and impactful for everyone, no matter their age or setting.
